Position Overview

Maison No.3 is seeking an analytically driven, technically proficient, and strategically minded
SEO Manager

to lead the House's organic growth initiatives.

Serving internally as the
Search Architect

, this role is responsible for building long-term search visibility across Maison No.3 and its portfolio of brands. Beyond improving rankings,



the position requires ownership of technical SEO, search strategy, website architecture, content optimisation, digital authority, and search intelligence.

The successful candidate will work closely with Content, Digital Marketing, Design, UI/UX, and Development teams to ensure every digital experience is built for discoverability, performance, and sustainable business growth.

This position demands a professional who thinks systematically, analyses deeply, understands search behaviour, and builds scalable organic acquisition systems that compound in value over time.

Success in This Role

The successful candidate will:
- Build sustainable organic growth systems across Maison No.3 and its portfolio of brands.
- Increase qualified organic traffic, keyword visibility, and search authority.
- Improve website health through technical optimisation and structured SEO implementation.
