We are looking for a highly accurate and detail-oriented Medical Report Typist to join our hospital team. The successful candidate will be responsible for typing and formatting medical reports dictated or prepared by doctors, ensuring accuracy, proper medical terminology, and timely completion while maintaining strict patient confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Type and format medical reports, consultation notes, discharge summaries, operative notes, diagnostic reports, and referral letters.
- Transcribe dictated medical reports when required.
- Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, formatting, and medical terminology accuracy.
- Ensure all reports are completed within the required turnaround time.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in compliance with hospital policies.
- Update and manage electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) as required.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to clarify documentation when necessary.




- Organize and archive medical reports according to hospital procedures.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical transcription, typing, or computer applications is preferred.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 50–60 WPM) with a high level of accuracy.
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a hospital, diagnostic center, or healthcare facility.

Shift Timing

9:00 AM to 2:00 PM *&* 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
