Job Summary

We are seeking an Oracle ERP & HCM Functional Consultant to support Oracle Fusion Cloud Quarterly Release Validation. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing Oracle's quarterly release documentation, assessing the impact on the customer's Oracle environment, executing regression and functional test scenarios, validating customer-specific business processes, documenting defects, and coordinating with functional teams to ensure a successful production rollout.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion ERP and/or HCM modules, a solid understanding of business processes, and experience in application testing.

Key Responsibilities

Quarterly Release Management
- Review Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly release documentation (What's New, Readiness Guides, Feature Summaries, and Known Issues).
- Identify new features, enhancements, bug fixes,



and deprecated functionality applicable to the customer's environment.
- Perform impact analysis for enabled modules and customer-specific configurations.
- Prepare release validation plans and execution schedules.

Functional Testing
- Execute regression test cases for Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM applications.
- Validate Oracle-delivered enhancements.
- Test customer-specific business processes, configurations, approvals, and integrations.
- Verify role-based security, approvals, notifications, workflows, and reporting after each quarterly update.
- Perform smoke testing and end-to-end business process validation.

Test Documentation
- Create and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and execution evidence.
- Record test results and document defects with detailed reproduction steps.
- Prepare release validation reports and testing summary documents.
- Track testing progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
