Role Description
The Digital Marketing Manager – B2C will lead strategy and execution for consumer-focused digital campaigns, ensuring strong brand presence and performance across all relevant online channels. This full-time, in office role is based in Noida and involves managing social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and content initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and optimizing campaigns, overseeing creatives and messaging, coordinating with designers and content specialists, and tracking performance via web analytics tools. The person in this role will manage lead generation funnels, analyze audience behavior, conduct A/B testing, and refine campaigns to meet growth targets for multiple brands. Collaboration with account managers and founders, reporting on KPIs, and staying updated on B2C digital trends and platform best practices are integral to the position.

Qualifications
