About the Role

not a traditional sales role

We're looking for someone who can think like a business consultant, understand a client's growth challenges, and confidently present premium marketing solutions.

You should be comfortable speaking with founders, CEOs, doctors, hospital owners, and business leaders. Your goal is not to sell deliverables—it's to help clients understand how strategic branding, premium content, and performance marketing can accelerate business growth.

or selling packages, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage high-quality business opportunities.
- Conduct discovery meetings with premium business owners.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Present The Reel Store's strategy and solutions with confidence.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Prepare and present proposals.
- Negotiate and close premium retainers.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
- Work closely with strategy, creative, and performance marketing teams.

Who We're Looking For
- 3–6+ years of experience in consultative sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
- Confident interacting with CXOs, founders, and doctors.
