Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Coding Research to work on a full-time basis. The role involves advanced research and development of coding solutions, algorithms, and systems to support scalable and high-performance computing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep research on programming languages, compilers, and runtime systems to optimize performance.

• Design and implement novel algorithms for code analysis, transformation, and optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research outcomes into production-grade systems.

• Publish findings in academic or industry conferences and contribute to open-source projects.

• Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept to validate theoretical research in practical applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





• Solid background in computer science with a focus on programming languages, compilers, or runtime systems.

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as C++, Rust, Java, or Python.

• Experience with static and dynamic program analysis techniques.

• Knowledge of compiler design, including parsing, semantic analysis, and code generation.

• Familiarity with performance optimization, benchmarking, and profiling tools.

• Ability to conduct independent research and translate ideas into technical solutions.

• Experience with distributed systems, parallel computing, or GPU programming is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.
