Cambridge Centre of Analytics is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students choose the right career path.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls on provided data.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in admissions, telecalling, sales, or counselling.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, presentable,
and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
