Role Description
The Business Development Trainee (Hindi) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves supporting business development activities by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and assisting with outreach in Hindi and English. The trainee will conduct market research,



analyze data, and help prepare presentations and proposals to support sales initiatives. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, documenting interactions in CRM tools, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up. The role also includes learning and applying SANeForce’s solutions to address client needs, participating in training sessions, and contributing to continuous improvement of business development processes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including proficiency in Hindi and good command of English, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
