Role Description
The Event Planner internship role at Startup Story® is an in office position based in New Delhi. The intern will support the planning and execution of startup-focused events, including meetups, panel discussions, workshops, and networking sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, assisting with venue selection and setup, managing guest lists and registrations, and communicating with speakers, partners,



and participants. The role also involves helping with budgeting, vendor coordination, basic sales and sponsorship outreach, and post-event follow-up and reporting. This internship offers hands-on experience in event management within the startup ecosystem and requires availability during standard business hours and occasional evenings or weekends as events demand.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
