A Data Analytics & Experimentation Engineer to work complex experimental data into actionable insights.

In this role, you will design robust analytical frameworks, build repeatable analysis pipelines, and create compelling visualizations that enable data-driven decision-making for AI and security validation initiatives.

Responsibilities

* Design and execute statistical and comparative analyses across experimental datasets.

* Develop durable, reusable analytics workflows to support repeated experimentation with varying models, prompts, datasets, and evaluation harnesses.

* Author and optimize complex Kusto (KQL) queries, functions, and data models for large-scale analysis.

* Translate analytical findings into transparent narratives, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate insights to both technical and business stakeholders.





* Partner with engineering and research teams to improve experimentation methodologies and measurement frameworks.

Required Skills

* Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and experimental design.

* Advanced proficiency in Kusto Query Language (KQL), including complex query authoring, reusable functions, and schema design.

* Experience building repeatable analytical workflows for large-scale experimentation.

* Excellent data storytelling, visualization, and documentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex findings.

* Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and analytical rigor.
