The Ethical Sourcing Manager leads the delivery of Ethical Sourcing program
requirements across assigned sourcing markets. The role is responsible for
ensuring suppliers meet Kmart Group ethical sourcing standards through
risk-based due diligence, audits, remediation follow-up, supplier engagement,
worker voice processes, training and stakeholder collaboration.

The role also supports the ongoing improvement of the Ethical Sourcing program
by strengthening supplier oversight, improving remediation outcomes, supporting
grievance and worker voice mechanisms, and contributing to program governance,
reporting and continuous improvement.
