We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Product Manager who enjoys improving products through data, customer insights and relentless execution.
Role Overview
As Product Manager, you will own the quality, growth and operational excellence of UTECH’s data assets and user experience. You will work closely with engineering, AI, operations and leadership to ensure our products remain accurate, reliable and continuously improving.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, loves solving problems, and is passionate about building products that customers genuinely value.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Data Assets
* Drive the growth and continuous improvement of UTECH’s proprietary data assets.
* Monitor data quality and establish QA/QC processes to maintain high accuracy and consistency.
* Identify gaps, inconsistencies and opportunities for data enhancement.
Product Operations
* Own bug tracking, prioritisation and resolution in collaboration with engineering.
* Identify product optimisation opportunities based on analytics and customer behaviour.
* Ensure smooth execution of product releases and feature rollouts.
Customer & User Experience
* Analyse user engagement metrics and prepare regular product performance reports.
* Gather, organise and prioritise user feedback from multiple channels.
* Translate customer insights into actionable product improvements.
* Support customer success initiatives by ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous product enhancements.
