Role: Telecaller (Remote)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. This is a remote (work-from-home) opportunity suitable for freshers and graduates who are eager to build a career in communication, client interaction, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and candidates
- Handle inbound inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about services and offerings
- Maintain call records and reports using MS Excel
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication




- Coordinate with internal teams via email and chat
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions

Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills (English and/or regional language)
- Clear and confident phone etiquette
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility
- Freshers and any graduates are welcome to apply(2023 and above)
