Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Production Manager role based in Rudrapur. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with WHO-GMP standards and company policies. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, supervising shop-floor activities,



monitoring output and yields, and ensuring timely execution of manufacturing orders. The role will manage production teams, coordinate with quality assurance and maintenance, and ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and documentation requirements. The Production Manager will also support continuous improvement initiatives, optimize processes and resource utilization, and provide regular reports on production performance and compliance.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong production planning and operations management skills, including line balancing, capacity planning, and workflow optimization.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, WHO-GMP and regulatory compliance, and in-process quality control practices.
