Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable life and general insurance products. The Relationship Manager will handle client onboarding, provide policy information and guidance, assist with quote comparisons, and support clients through payment and policy issuance processes.



Daily responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, addressing queries and concerns, coordinating with internal teams and insurance partners, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The role may also involve identifying new business opportunities, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details.

Qualifications
- Ability to build and sustain client relationships, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or related domains, with familiarity in life and general insurance products.
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages, including explicit verbal and written abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills for comparing policies, explaining benefits, and addressing client needs.
