We are looking for Head- Human Resources for a Medical Devices company.

Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana

Experience: 10–15 Years

Compensation: 15–20 LPA

Position Summary

We are looking for a mature, confident, and result-oriented HR skilled with 10–15 years of

experience in Human Resources, statutory compliance, and administration. The ideal candidate

should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent business acumen, and the ability to





independently manage the complete HR and Administration function while driving a

high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Lead the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation,

performance management, employee engagement, and exit management.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and organizational processes.

• Drive performance management systems, KRAs/KPIs, appraisal cycles, and talent development

initiatives.

• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict management.

• Build a positive, performance-driven, and compliant work culture.

• Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and management reports.

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure complete compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.

• Manage EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Shops &
