JOB PURPOSE
- We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated Team Leader – Sales & Marketing to drive
- business growth and lead our frontline sales executives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between tactical
- marketing initiatives and high-performance sales execution. While we operate in the premium real estate
- sector, we are looking for transferrable talent; hence, prior real estate experience is not mandatory.
- If you have 1–3 years of proven success in sales or marketing within corporate setups, hospitality, banking, telecom, or retail, and possess solid leadership instincts, we want you to grow with us.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of 5-7 Sales/Marketing Executives to consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets.

Provide on-the-job training, handling objections,



and helping executives refine their sales pitches and negotiation skills.

Real Estate Development & Construction Recruitment

2. Sales Execution & Lead Conversion

Oversee the complete sales lifecycle from lead allocation, cold calling tracking, follow-ups, to structured site visits and closures.

Step into assist executives during high-value client negotiations and final closures.

Ensure accurate tracking and update of customer queries, interaction logs, and pipeline status within the CRM system.

3. Marketing & Campaign Coordination

Coordinate with the central marketing team to execute localized BTL (Below-The-Line) activities, corporate

presentations, and open-house events.

Analyze weekly source-wise lead data to determine which marketing channels are delivering high-quality site visits.

Gather active market intelligence, competitor pricing structures, and promotional strategies to refine the
