About Taradevi's Group

Taradevi's Group is a premium real estate and vacation home development firm currently focussed on Shimla. Our active portfolio includes (i) Taradevi's Enclave (New Shimla) – luxury apartments, and (ii) Taradevi's Downtown Kufri – luxury hospitality/villas, with a pipeline of upcoming launches in Shimla, Konkan, and Vrindavan. We are building an institutional-grade real estate portfolio across marquee leisure and religious tourism destinations in India.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on HR leader to build and run the people function for a quick-growing real estate group. You will own the full employee lifecycle — from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, payroll oversight, compliance, and culture — across corporate, sales, and site teams. This is a builder's role: you will set up systems and processes largely from scratch and work directly with the promoters.

What You'll Do

•
Talent acquisition:

Own end-to-end hiring across corporate, sales, marketing, hospitality, and construction/site roles — sourcing, interviewing, offers,



and onboarding.

HR operations:

Set up and run HR policies, employee documentation, attendance and leave systems, and HRMS/payroll processes.

•
Performance management:

Design and administer goal-setting, appraisal, and incentive frameworks — including sales incentive plans.

Statutory compliance:

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, shops & establishments, contract labour) across office and project sites.

Employee engagement:

Drive engagement, grievance redressal, and retention initiatives; be the trusted first point of contact for employees.

Manpower planning:

Work with leadership on organisation structure, manpower budgets, and hiring plans as new projects launch.

What We're Looking For

8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or HR generalist leadership role.
