About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generator with solid experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, social media, SEO, marketing automation and AI-powered marketing tools.

The selected candidate will generate qualified B2B leads and business opportunities for our UAE operations and upcoming Saudi Arabia operations. This is a performance-focused position—not only a social media posting role.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google, Meta and other digital channels.
- Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop organic and paid lead-generation strategies.
- Identify decision-makers and build targeted prospect databases using LinkedIn and other tools.
- Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels.
- Create and manage omnichannel campaigns using email, WhatsApp, social media, websites and landing pages.




- Use AI marketing tools to improve content creation, campaign targeting, lead qualification and follow-ups.
- Implement marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and appointment booking.
- Integrate campaigns with CRM and lead-management systems.
- Create and improve websites, campaign landing pages, forms and conversion funnels.
- Perform on-page, off-page, technical and local SEO.
- Conduct keyword, competitor and market research.
- Plan content calendars and coordinate the creation of posts, advertisements, videos and marketing materials.
- Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and advertising performance.
- Track campaign budgets, cost per lead, conversion rate, ROAS and lead quality.
- Maintain accurate lead sources, campaign data and follow-up status in the CRM.
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly lead-generation and campaign-performance reports.
- Work closely with the UAE sales team
