Job Summary:

The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for spearheading the growth strategy of the physical rehabilitation center by developing and executing high-impact business development plans, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving patient acquisition. This role involves leading outreach efforts, managing key stakeholder relationships, and mentoring junior sales and marketing staff to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in healthcare business development and a deep understanding of rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Business Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to increase patient admissions and expand the center’s market presence.
- Identify and pursue recent revenue streams, such as corporate wellness programs, partnerships with insurance providers, or specialized rehabilitation services.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, specialists, case managers,



and insurance companies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with referral partners, vendors, or corporate clients to secure long-term business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the rehabilitation sector.

2. Sales Leadership:
- Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed ambitious patient admission and revenue targets.
- Lead the development of sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to healthcare providers, insurers, and community organizations.
- Oversee lead generation, follow-up, and conversion processes to ensure a steady pipeline of new patients.
- Mentor and guide junior business development or sales staff, providing training and support to improve performance.
