Taradevi's Group is a premium real estate and vacation home development firm currently focussed on Shimla. Our active portfolio includes (i) Taradevi's Enclave (Recent Shimla) – luxury apartments, and (ii) Taradevi's Downtown Kufri – luxury hospitality/villas, with a pipeline of upcoming launches in Shimla, Konkan, and Vrindavan. We are building an institutional-grade real estate portfolio across marquee leisure and religious tourism destinations in India.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned construction leader to take full ownership of project execution across our portfolio — starting with Taradevi's Enclave (luxury apartments, New Shimla) and Taradevi's Downtown Kufri (luxury hospitality/villas). You will be accountable for delivering projects safely, on time, on budget, and to a premium quality standard, in challenging Himalayan hill terrain. The role leads site teams, contractors, and consultants, and reports directly to the promoters.

What You'll Do

•
Project delivery:

Own end-to-end execution — planning, scheduling, budgeting,



and delivery of residential and hospitality projects from excavation to handover.

•
Site management:

Lead site engineers, supervisors, and contractor teams; run daily/weekly progress reviews and resolve execution bottlenecks.

•
Contracts & procurement:

Drive contractor selection, BOQs, rate negotiations, work orders, billing certification, and material procurement planning.

•
Quality & safety:

Enforce rigorous quality control and EHS standards appropriate to premium residential and hospitality products.

•
Cost & schedule control:

Track budgets vs. actuals, control variations and claims, and maintain realistic look-ahead schedules with recovery plans where needed.

Coordination:

Work with architects, structural and MEP consultants, and liaison teams on drawings, approvals, and statutory inspections.

What We're Looking For

•
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory); 15+ years in building
