Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Freshers to join our Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer queries through email, providing timely resolutions, maintaining service quality, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Candidates should possess strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns via email in a skilled and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of email etiquette, grammar, and professionalism.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM or internal systems accurately.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department when required.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards while handling customer requests.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.




- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
- Basic written English communication skills are required.
- Good typing speed and computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with MS Office and email platforms is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
