We help organizations with customized gifts, employee engagement kits, event merchandise, promotional products, printing solutions, trophies, bags, bottles, apparel, electronics, and premium gifting solutions.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive who can coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of corporate gifting orders.
- Follow up with vendors, printers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
- Track production timelines and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate procurement activities.
- Maintain inventory records and stock availability.
- Coordinate packaging, branding, and dispatch activities.




- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth order execution.
- Verify product quality before dispatch.
- Maintain order status reports and update MIS/Excel sheets.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with courier and transport partners for dispatch and delivery.
- Visit local vendors and clients within Delhi NCR whenever required.

Desired Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Solid coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
