We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on ??? ??? ??????? ??????? with a strong techno-functional background to lead and manage SAP Application Management Services — AMS support delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing complex SAP support ecosystems, driving SLA compliance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth support delivery for business-critical SAP applications.

✅ Lead and manage SAP AMS support delivery across SAP modules

✅ Manage complex SAP support ecosystems and ensure smooth service operations

✅ Drive SLA compliance, incident resolution, and support governance

✅ Coordinate with functional, technical, business, and cross-functional teams

✅ Track and manage incidents, service requests,



change requests, and escalations

✅ Ensure timely issue resolution and effective communication with stakeholders

✅ Monitor support KPIs, SLA performance, and operational dashboards

✅ Manage daily / weekly status reporting, review meetings, and governance calls

✅ Work closely with business users and SAP teams for requirement understanding and issue closure

✅ Identify process improvements and drive continuous service improvement initiatives

✅ Support risk management, escalation handling, and delivery assurance

✅ Ensure high-quality AMS delivery for automotive business operations
