JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a creative, driven, and entrepreneurial
Growth Marketing & Social Media Intern
to own Coodlè's digital presence. This is more than a typical marketing internship—you'll lead our social media strategy, create engaging content, and execute performance marketing campaigns that directly contribute to the company's growth.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a monthly content strategy and social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Design high-quality creatives, carousels, stories, and promotional assets aligned with the Coodlè brand.
- Create and edit engaging short-form videos and reels that drive reach and engagement.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and marketing copy for social media campaigns.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize targeted Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
- Research social media trends, competitor strategies, and emerging content formats.
- Work closely with the founders to execute growth initiatives and contribute fresh marketing ideas.
