About the Role

CitiusCloud is looking for a highly motivated
Inside Sales Representative (ISR) / Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to generate qualified sales opportunities for our Public Cloud business. The role involves engaging with CXOs and IT decision-makers, identifying customer requirements, positioning cloud solutions, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and meetings through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and partner databases.
- Pitch
Public Cloud

solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) along with Backup, Security, Storage, Virtualization, and Cloud Migration offerings.
- Qualify customer requirements, understand business challenges, and identify opportunities.
- Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and alliance teams to execute demand generation programs.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly KPIs for outbound activities, qualified meetings, and pipeline creation.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth opportunity handover and follow-up.

Preferred OEM Exposure

Experience or knowledge of one or more of the following is desirable:
- AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud
- Nutanix, Red Hat
- Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik
- Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Trend Micro
- NetApp, Dell Technologies, HPE

Desired Skills
- 1–4 years of Inside Sales, SDR, BDR, or IT Solution Sales experience.
- Strong understanding of Public Cloud and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
- Confident in cold calling, lead qualification, objection handling, and appointment setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, or similar prospecting platforms.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
