About the Role

We're a performance marketing agency running paid campaigns across Meta and Google for clients who need consistent, qualified leads, not just impressions or vanity metrics. We're hiring a media buyer to own campaign execution across multiple client accounts, with a strong preference for someone who has run lead generation campaigns in education, finance, or real estate. These industries have long sales cycles, high cost per lead sensitivity, and strict compliance considerations, so we need someone who already understands that, not someone learning it on our clients' budgets.

What You'll Own
- Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads focused on lead generation, not just traffic or awareness
- Set up and optimize lead forms, landing pages, and conversion tracking in partnership with our developer
- Monitor cost per lead, lead quality, and conversion rate daily, and make budget and targeting decisions based on that data, not gut feel
- Run structured A/B tests on creative, audience, and offer, and report what actually moved the needle




- Manage budgets across multiple client accounts simultaneously without letting any one account go stale
- Flag underperforming campaigns early and propose fixes, not excuses
- Communicate campaign performance clearly enough that a non technical client understands what happened and why

Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years running paid lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads and/or Google Ads, ideally in an agency setting where you managed multiple client accounts at once
- Demonstrated experience in at least one of these sectors: education (admissions/enrollment lead gen), finance (loans, insurance, financial services lead gen), or real estate (buyer/seller/investor lead gen)
- Comfortable with compliance-heavy ad environments (financial services and education both have platform restrictions and disclosure requirements you need to already know, not learn on the job)
