Role Description
The Analyst role at Beacon Scholars is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Analyst will collect, clean, and interpret academic and operational data to generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders and partner institutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, performing trend and performance analysis,



and supporting the design and evaluation of educational programs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate findings into recommendations, documenting methodologies, and maintaining data accuracy and compliance. The Analyst will also contribute to process improvements, support decision-making with evidence-based analysis, and participate in meetings and presentations to communicate results clearly to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, basic statistical or BI tools) and familiarity with data visualization principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in clear, concise, and accessible formats
