About The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at Connekt, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist users in resolving their issues, guiding them through our platform features, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess 1–3 years of experience in customer support, BPO, or a client-facing role.
