Role Description
The CDP South Indian role at Hunger Crafts is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves planning and preparing South Indian dishes, overseeing section mise en place, and ensuring food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.



The CDP will manage kitchen operations for the South Indian section, including supervising junior staff, enforcing hygiene and safety protocols, and maintaining consistency in recipes. Daily tasks include coordinating with the Head Chef, monitoring inventory for section-specific ingredients, supporting menu development, and ensuring timely service for corporate and institutional clients.

Qualifications
- Solid expertise in South Indian cuisine, including traditional and contemporary dishes, with a focus on taste, nutrition, and consistency.
- Hands-on experience in professional kitchens, with skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and section management.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen sanitation practices aligned with institutional catering requirements.
