Optum is hiring for the role of Associate Data Analyst
Primary Responsibilities
- Performs routine or structured work
- Responds to routine or standard requests
- Uses existing procedures and facts to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses
- Depends on others for instruction, guidance or direction
- Basic, structured, standard approach to work

Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience ( B.TECH / BCA / Bsc)
- Basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a function or skill
Required Skills
- Data Analysis: Basic data interpretation, routine analysis, structured problem-solving
- MS Excel: Data cleaning, formatting, charts, and basic formulas
- SQL: Basic querying and data retrieval
- Python (beginner): Pandas, NumPy
- Reporting Tools: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to follow procedures and identify patterns in structured data
