candidate needs to be available for early morniny and late evening batches: 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM IST and 5:00PM to 10:30 PM IST)

Qualification:

Teaching experience using Laptop is mandatory

Mandatory Languages Known: English (Native/Bilingual Proficiency),Hindi(Good to know)

Employment Type: Part Time Contract (3-4 hrs a day, 60-100 hrs a month)

Phonics Educator (English):

Letter sounds (42 sounds),Blending & segmenting

CVC & CCVC words,Digraphs & trigraphs

Magic E / alternative sounds

Use stories, actions, songs,



and visuals to reinforce learning

Help children improve reading fluency, spelling, and pronunciation

Provide regular feedback on student progress

Follow Klariti’s structured phonics curriculum and lesson plans

Communicate with parents/admin when required

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree (Education / English / Communication preferred)

Experience teaching public speaking, communication skills or drama to children

Solid spoken English with clear pronunciation

Ability to explain concepts in a simple, age-appropriate manner

Comfortable conducting live online sessions (Zoom / Google Meet)
- Patient, energetic and encouraging personality
