Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of STP/WTP/ETP plants.
- Ensure plant performance meets CPCB/SPCB and client compliance standards.
- Supervise site engineers, operators, electricians, and maintenance staff.
- Monitor water quality parameters (pH, BOD, COD, TSS, MLSS, DO, etc.) and optimize plant efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and client documentation.
- Plan preventive and breakdown maintenance of pumps, blowers, dosing systems, and electrical equipment.
- Ensure timely chemical dosing, sludge handling, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and management for smooth plant operations.
- Conduct site audits, safety inspections, and ensure SOP compliance.
- Train and mentor site teams to improve operational efficiency and minimize downtime.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Tech/B.E. (Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil) or Diploma with relevant experience.
- 510 years of experience in STP/WTP/ETP Operation & Maintenance.
- Robust knowledge of MBBR, SBR, MBR, ASP, UF, RO,



and tertiary treatment systems.
- Familiarity with CPCB/SPCB norms, HSE standards, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, reporting, and client-handling skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
- Willing to travel across project sites.
