Role Description
The Outbound Tele Caller – Night Shift is a full time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introducing company services, and generating interest or appointments as per campaign objectives.



The individual will follow scripts and guidelines, capture accurate customer information, and update call logs and CRM records. Daily responsibilities include meeting call volume and quality targets, handling basic queries, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams. The role also requires collaborating with supervisors to refine calling strategies, participating in regular training, and maintaining professional conduct during all customer interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Customer interaction capabilities, such as relationship-building, objection handling, and basic sales or lead-generation skills.
