The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal teams, coordinating projects, improving operational efficiency, monitoring performance, ensuring timely project delivery, and supporting the management in achieving business goals.

This is a hands-on management role suitable for someone who can effectively manage multiple departments, people, clients, and ongoing projects in a rapid-paced technology and digital services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Daily Operations
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Digital Marketing, Web Development, Design, and Project teams.
- Create and improve internal processes, workflows, and operational systems.
- Identify operational problems and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure that company policies, processes, and deadlines are properly followed.

2. Team Management
- Manage and coordinate different teams and department heads.
- Monitor employee performance, productivity, attendance, and task completion.
- Set team goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Identify team challenges and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure effective communication between all departments.
