We are looking for a visionary, commercially driven, and results-oriented Chief Sales Officer to join our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading large sales organizations, driving national business growth, developing high-performing teams, and building long-term strategic relationships across the infrastructure, construction equipment, and equipment rental industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AGGCON’s national sales strategy to achieve sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead and mentor regional sales teams while building a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.




- Drive business development initiatives across infrastructure, EPC, industrial, mining, manufacturing, renewable energy, and government sectors.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, strategic customers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations, strategic bidding, and long-term rate contract discussions with major customers.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Management to optimize fleet utilization, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify current market opportunities, emerging customer segments, and expansion strategies to accelerate business growth.
- Monitor sales performance, market intelligence, competitor activities, and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Establish sales targets, budgets, KPIs, forecasting, and performance review mechanisms across the organization.
