Role Description
As a Business Development Executive at UNibeats, you will identify and pursue recent college partnerships and business opportunities in Hyderabad. You will manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, outreach to potential clients, pitching UNibeats’ event solutions, and negotiating commercial terms. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with college stakeholders, coordinating with internal teams to align event offerings with client needs,



and tracking performance against revenue and growth targets. You will also conduct market research, attend in office meetings and events, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and expand college partnerships.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Relevant experience in event management, entertainment, or education sectors is beneficial.
