Role & responsibilities
- To manage and execute Power Transformer projects from order receipt to final commissioning and project closure while ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, quality, commercial, and schedule requirements. The role shall be responsible for effective coordination with customers, engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, site teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution within committed timelines and profitability targets.
- Review customer contracts, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed project execution plans and milestone schedules.
- Monitor project progress against contractual timelines and commitments.
- Coordinate internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify risks, delays,



and bottlenecks and implement mitigation plans.
- Conduct regular Gate review meetings and progress monitoring.

Skills:
- Knowledge of Power Transformers manufacturing and execution processes
- Understanding of transformer testing, inspections, and commissioning activities
- Familiarity with utility/customer technical specifications and standards
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Leadership and ownership mindset.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
