Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site English Faculty role based in Dharamshala. The English Faculty member will design and deliver engaging lessons in English language and literature, aligned with Dreamtime Learning’s learner-centered philosophy and curriculum guidelines.



Daily responsibilities include planning units, preparing instructional materials, assessing student work, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role involves facilitating interactive discussions, guiding reading and writing activities, integrating educational technology, and collaborating with colleagues to support interdisciplinary projects and holistic development. The faculty member will also participate in school events, parent or caregiver communication, and ongoing qualified learning within the Dreamtime Learning community.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with experience engaging diverse learners using inclusive, student-centered methods.
- Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development, including designing lesson plans, units, and assessments aligned with educational standards
