We are seeking an experienced
Real Estate Consultant
with an in-depth understanding of the
Mumbai real estate market
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
buying, renovating (flipping), and selling resale residential properties
. You will advise clients on investment opportunities, identify undervalued properties, and manage the complete sales cycle—from property sourcing to transaction closure.

Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Sourcing & Market Research
- Identify attractive resale properties across Mumbai with robust appreciation potential.
- Source off-market and exclusive listings through brokers, owners, and industry networks.
- Evaluate investment opportunities based on location, pricing, rental yields, and future growth.
- Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to determine fair market value.

Client Advisory & Sales
- Advise buyers and investors on resale and investment properties.
- Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable opportunities.
- Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and site visits.




- Negotiate pricing and facilitate successful transactions.
- Build long-term relationships with investors and repeat buyers.

Home Flipping & Value Enhancement
- Identify properties suitable for renovation and resale.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and interior designers where required.
- Assess renovation budgets and expected return on investment (ROI).
- Support the marketing and sale of renovated properties.

Transaction Management
- Coordinate documentation, due diligence, and legal verification.
- Assist clients through booking, agreement, registration, and possession.
- Work closely with banks, legal advisors, and channel partners.

Business Development
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, digital marketing, and local partnerships.
- Develop relationships with brokers, housing societies, and property owners.
- Participate in property exhibitions and investor events.
