- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Develop robust relationships with customers to drive sales growth through effective communication and customer service.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to increase profitability.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve targets related to acquisition, retention, and overall performance.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in retail sales or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of credit cards, insurance, telecom services, and target markets (Kannada speaking regions).
- Proven track record in business development, relationship building, and teamwork.
