Head of Marketing | D2C Consumer Brand | Bengaluru

We're hiring a
Head of Marketing
for a fast-growing consumer brand backed by experienced founders.

We're looking for a
digital-first growth marketer
with a proven track record of scaling D2C brands through performance marketing and data-driven decision making.

Must Have

✔
B.Tech / BE (Mandatory)

✔ 3-9 years of experience

✔ Core
Digital Marketing
background (not primarily Brand or Category Marketing)

✔ Solid
Performance Marketing
experience across
Google, Meta and other paid acquisition channels

✔ Hands-on ownership of marketing budgets, with clear understanding of
CAC, ROAS, LTV, Attribution, Conversion and Growth metrics

✔ Experience working with a
D2C consumer product brand





✔Experience managing both
own website and marketplace channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce, etc.)

✔ Strong analytical and commercial mindset

✔ Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-paced startup

✔
Based in Bengaluru only, work from office (koramangla 4th block 6 days a week)

✔
