Role Description
The Digital Marketing Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Jodhpur, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Oracticle’s digital marketing initiatives. This role oversees social media campaigns, performance marketing activities, and online brand presence across multiple channels.

Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing digital strategies, managing content calendars, coordinating with design and product teams, and monitoring web analytics to improve campaign effectiveness.



The Digital Marketing Lead will analyze performance data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to drive qualified traffic, lead generation, and customer engagement.

The role also involves staying current with digital trends, testing new tools and tactics, and ensuring consistent, inclusive communication across all marketing touchpoints.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing across major platforms, with the ability to develop and manage content and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and produce clear, audience-focused messaging.
