Role Description
The India CEO (Women Empowerment) will provide strategic and operational leadership for She Breaks Barriers’ initiatives in India, with a focus on equity-based, mission-driven growth. This part-time,



remote role involves defining and executing the India strategy, shaping programs that support women professionals, entrepreneurs, and students, and ensuring alignment with the global vision of the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing financial and operational performance, guiding content and event initiatives, building partnerships with organizations and sponsors, and driving community engagement across digital channels and events. The India CEO will collaborate with the global leadership team, manage key stakeholders, and help design sustainable business models that advance women’s empowerment while maintaining organizational impact and integrity. This role offers significant autonomy and influence, with equity compensation aligned to long-term value creation rather than fixed salary.
