Branch Manager - Branch Operations
.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading branch staff, and driving operational excellence while maintaining superior customer service.





Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations and administration.
- Lead and supervise branch staff to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and banking regulations.
- Monitor branch profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate branch employees.
- Coordinate with Head Office for branch performance and compliance.
- Ensure proper cash management, asset security, and audit readiness.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional qualifications such as MBA (Finance/Marketing/HRM), CAIIB, or LLB will be preferred.

Experience

Applicants should possess either:
- Minimum
3 years' experience as a Branch Manager

- Minimum
10 years' experience as a Banking Officer
