Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling Flurry beverage and snack products to retailers, distributors, and local outlets, ensuring product visibility and availability. Daily tasks include visiting assigned territories, presenting product features and pricing, taking orders, managing stock levels, and following up on deliveries and payments.



The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying recent sales opportunities, executing promotional activities, and providing feedback on market trends and competitor activity. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and support brand growth in the region.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into repeat customers.
- Customer relationship management and communication skills, including clear and professional interaction with retailers and distributors.
- Basic knowledge of FMCG or food and beverage products, with the ability to explain features and benefits effectively.
- Ability to manage territory visits, plan routes, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and inventory.
- Comfort with basic numeracy and documentation for order process
