Role & Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain STP systems to ensure uninterrupted plant performance.
- Monitor water quality parameters such as pH, BOD, COD, TSS, DO, and residual chlorine.
- Conduct routine inspections of pumps, blowers, motors, dosing systems, and other mechanical/electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain daily logbooks, operational records, and compliance reports.
- Ensure adherence to Pollution Control Board (PCB), CPCB, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
- Optimize chemical dosing and plant efficiency while minimizing operational costs.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper housekeeping within the plant.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Environmental, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.




- 25 years of experience in STP/ETP/WTP operation and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of MBBR, SBR, MBR, ASP, or other wastewater treatment technologies.
- Familiarity with water quality testing and laboratory procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work in shifts if required.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and reporting).
