Role Responsibilities
- Create, review, and refine contract negotiation playbooks based on diverse real-world commercial scenarios.
- Draft, analyze, and annotate a range of commercial agreements, ensuring clarity, precision, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Provide expert commentary on best practices for contract management and negotiation strategy.
- Curate and supply non-confidential, eligible transaction materials in support of the project's documentation objectives.
- Evaluate and optimize existing contract templates, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
- Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback to strengthen AI system understanding and output.
Requirements:
- Current or prior experience as a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel,
or Assistant General Counsel, with a solid focus on contract negotiation playbooks.
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and management within corporate environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a sharp eye for detail and clarity.
- Working knowledge of industry-standard practices for contract review and risk assessment.
- Ability to work independently and deliver concise, actionable insights.
