Vihara by CMK is seeking a dynamic and experienced *Operations Manager* with a robust Food & Beverage (F&B;) background to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality property. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, financial performance, and team excellence while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and compliance.

The Operations Manager will lead cross-functional teams across F&B;, front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to deliver a seamless and memorable experience aligned with the Vihara by CMK brand.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management

* Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

* Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational excellence.

* Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to brand standards.

* Coordinate with department heads to optimize productivity and guest satisfaction.

* Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
Food & Beverage Operations





* Manage all restaurant, café, banquet, and room service operations.

* Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards.

* Work closely with the Executive Chef to design seasonal menus and promotional offerings.

* Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, wastage, and procurement.

* Drive revenue through innovative dining experiences and upselling initiatives.
Team Leadership

* Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate department managers and staff.

* Foster a positive, performance-driven workplace culture.

* Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

* Ensure staff scheduling aligns with business needs while maintaining labor cost efficiency.
Financial Management

* Prepare and manage departmental budgets.
