Role Overview

CAxpert is looking for a NetSuite Accountant with hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite to support the accounting operations of international clients with businesses in the United States and Europe.

The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals, practical experience using NetSuite, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to manage accounting operations across multiple entities.

This is not a routine bookkeeping role. The successful candidate will work closely with international finance teams and gain exposure to sophisticated accounting processes, multi-entity accounting, and complex month-end close activities.

Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Oracle NetSuite.
- Process vendor bills, customer invoices, payments, receipts, and credit notes.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications.
- Perform bank, credit card, vendor, customer, payment, and intercompany reconciliations.




- Support multi-entity and multi-currency accounting operations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
- Maintain the integrity of the General Ledger through accurate coding and review.
- Assist with fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules.
- Prepare Excel-based reconciliations, reports, and financial analyses.
- Generate and review NetSuite reports and Saved Searches.
- Coordinate professionally with international clients, finance teams, and external stakeholders.
- Follow client-specific accounting policies, workflows, and internal controls.
- Assist in improving accounting processes and maintaining documentation.

Required candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 25 years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite accounting experience (mandatory).
